Darlenn G. Ayan, DMD, FAGD  Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry

Dr. Ayan has over 14 years experience in private practice.  She received her dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1994 and practiced in Miami until 2003.  She has extensive training in comprehensive, implant and cosmetic dentistry.  She received the prestigious fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2001.  Dr. Ayan is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry , International Congress of Oral Implantologists and past President of the Southeast Florida Academy of General Dentistry.  She has received extensive post graduate training in comprehensive dentistry from The Pankey Institute and implant training from The Misch Institute.

Della Nemeskal, RDH  registered dental hygienist

Della joined Ayan Dentistry in March 2007.  She brings experience and expertise in the dental hygiene field from her 25 years of working as a hygienist in private practices in the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Florida.  She graduated from Allegany Community College in Cumberland, Maryland with an associate's degree in 1977.  Della has seen dentistry go through many changes and enjoys staying on top of her profession.  She specializes in preventive health.  Della has been able to provide comfort and quality to our patients with her excellent clinical skills.  She enjoys educating her patients in dental health and has a strong periodontal diagnosis background.  Della firmly believes that the key to a beautiful smile is regular cleanings and good oral hygiene habits.  She is dedicated to seeing that our patients receive the best quality care possible.  Della attends many continuiing education courses each year and has attended the Pankey Institute and the Perio Institute.  Her work was published in the RDH magazine.   

Cassie Buchheit  certified dental assistant     

Cassie is Dr. Ayan's chairside assistant and has over 10 years of experience.  She is certified in radiology and CPR.  She enjoys all challenges of dentistry. Cassie has been part of the Ayan Dentistry team for over 4 years  and has a caring touch when providing patient care and makes patients feel as comfortable as possible during dental treatment.

Tonya Lesansky  patient coordinator 

Tonya has over 20  years dental experience, starting with the orthodontic field while attending PSU for Art.  She moved to Florida after receiving her Certified Dental Assistant and Expanded Duties.  Tonya has been part of the Ayan Dentistry team for the past 3 years.  She has over 500 credit hours of continuiing education that further enhances her knowledge of dentistry.  She strives to help our patients understand their treatment and also feel like they are part of our dental family.

Tarrin Rowe certified dental assistant

In her youth, knowing that she wanted to work directly with people, Tarrin shadowed at her uncle's dental practice.  This gave her the opportunity that sparked her interest in the dental field.  She joined Ayan Dentistry in 2007 and became a dental assistant with Expanded Duties and certified in radiology.  Tarrin is currently furthering her education in the dental hygiene program at Edison State College.  Furthermore, she plans on attending Nova Southeastern University to pursue her life-long goal of becoming a dentist with the knowledge and guidance of Dr. Ayan and staff.
